CA Ankush Jain (FA,FD)
A Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience mostly in the Banking Domain, in the areas of Risk consultancy especially in Operational Risk, Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, Certification etc.
His experience includes working with the Big 4 CA firms for 5 years in Statutory Audit department and audited Large private sector Banks, NBFC’s and HFC’s leo.
CA Sushil Goyal
The CA who is responsible for the entire Direct tax and Indirect tax practice and company Law matters and ROC compliances of ASBS & Co. With an experience of over 8 years, Sushil has handled Corporate Audit, Taxation, Financial Planning and various financial planning assignments with corporate clients.
CA Neelanjana Jain
A Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of post-qualification experience in the fields of Taxation and Accounts. She has been working on both Direct and Indirect Taxes, filing of all returns, and fulfilling all the statutory compliances regarding the various registrations required and requisite compliances, tax planning. Apart from that Neelanjana has handled compliances for many public and private limited companies. She has also conducted audits for the Central Bank of India and Karnataka Bank. Besides that, Neelanjan is also actively involved in statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, certification work of Banks and Companies.
CA Deepika Bhandari
A Chartered Accountant with almost 10 years of experience in the field of Corporate and International Taxation. Her scope of experience includes conducting tax audits for companies in the construction/infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, hospitality services, power, and telecom sector. Deepika has also managed end to end tax requirements of clients, HNI accounts tax planning, wealth maximization and return filing. Apart from that, she has worked for NRI clients and advised clients on TDS implications under DTAA and coordinating with tax counsels to decide on the tax position on foreign remittances. She has also represented clients before the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) and CIT (A).
